Adoption Pass Along Cards

My amazing sister-in-law Marlee designed these pass a long cards for us.  She is really talented.  We picked them up from the printers today.  We are so happy with the way they turned out.  Thank you Marlee!  Please help us spread the word that we would like to grow our family through adoption.

A Snow Day At The End Of April???

For the last few weeks, Eliana has been asking when it will snow again so she could go out and make snow angels.  We have been telling her that winter was over and she would have to wait until next year.  This morning she got her wish...snow!!!  We made snow angels and a small snowman before the snow melted.

Clean Teeth!

Today our family had cleanings and check ups at the dentist.  I was completely amazed at how well Eliana did.  She sat in the chair like a big girl and let them take a full set of x-rays and clean and check her teeth.  She watched as mom and dad got their teeth done then she wanted a turn too. 

Adoption Application - Final Approval!!!

Our New Little Niece

Adam's brother and his wife had their new baby yesterday.  They named her Adriana Jocelyn.  She was 7lbs 6oz.  She is just adorable.  Eliana loves babies and had a fun time holding her.

Merry Christmas!

Eliana was not going to sit on his lap. After she asked him for a baby doll for Christmas, she later asked us, as if Santa had forgotten, that she didn't get her baby doll from him.  We had to explain that we don't get gifts right after see Santa, but on Christmas Day. I love the three year old mind.

We have way too many Christmas tree decorations. What you see on this tree isn't even half of what we could have used.

What catches my eye most about this picture is how inseparable Eliana is with her baby dolls.

Happy Birthday Carissa!

It was a year ago this day that we had our second daughter, Carissa.  She will always be loved and always be missed.

Always a bitter-sweet month we have in December.  But we just love including our angels in our annual celebrations.  Plus Eliana gets to play with a bunch of balloons afterwards.

Eliana wanted to make a cake for Carissa that looked like a cake on one of her favorite T.V. shows, "Max and Ruby".

Besides, who really needs an excuse to have cake?
